Is this inventory software only for electronics stores?
Yes. RetailerOS is built for mobile, electronics and appliance retail, where every unit carries an IMEI or serial number. If you run a grocery, clothing or pharmacy store, a general retail inventory tool will suit you better.
What is the difference between retail inventory software and IMEI-wise stock?
General retail inventory counts how many of a product you hold. IMEI-wise stock records each handset individually, so you can prove which unit was bought, sold, returned or claimed under warranty or a brand scheme.
Is the inventory module free?
Yes. Inventory, Sales Desk, Invoices and Clients are on the free plan, for up to 50 bills a month. IMEI Tracker, Purchase Orders, Schemes and Repairs come with Growth at Rs 3,999 a month.
Can I manage stock across more than one store?
Yes, on Pro: each store keeps its own stock, staff and cash, head office can move stock between stores, and an IMEI search finds a unit in any store.
