What is the RetailerOS open marketplace?
A place for mobile and electronics businesses in India to post what they want to buy or sell in bulk: the model, quantity, condition and price. RetailerOS matches buyers and sellers and puts them in touch on WhatsApp.
Who can use it?
Retailers, distributors, sub-distributors and wholesalers of mobile phones, laptops, accessories, TVs and appliances. Sellers need a GSTIN, because buyers need a GST invoice.
Why can I not see any listings?
We are collecting requests first and matching them by hand, so every trade is between checked businesses. Requests are not published. A live board of requests opens once there are enough of them.
Does it cost anything?
Posting a request is free. If RetailerOS helps complete a deal it may earn a fee, which is agreed with you before the deal, never after.
Does RetailerOS hold stock or money?
No. Buyer and seller deal directly: invoice, payment and delivery are between you. Check the IMEI or serial numbers and the purchase invoice before you pay.
Can I sell used or refurbished phones?
Yes, if you say so in the request. Mark the condition honestly (open box, refurbished or used) and the warranty status. Stolen, counterfeit or grey-import stock is not allowed.
Is my number shared?
Not until you agree. We share the request with a matching business, and connect you only when both sides want to talk.
